Root Chakra

Take off your shoes and go for a walk outdoors. This is a great way to keep grounded. A sandy beach or a grassy field in a park are great places to walk around and connect with the earth below your feet.

Sacral Chakra

Water is great for clearing out the sacral chakra. Go out for a swim, or take a relaxing bath to clean and balance this chakra.

Solar plexus Chakra

Start a morning routine of working out or running to clear out solar plexus chakra. When this chakra is clear, you have more energy and are more assertive.

Heart Chakra

Plain old love helps to clear out the heart chakra. Spend some time with your best friend, favorite family member, or especially a pet. Pets can show an almost unconditional love to you and are highly recommended for this exercise.

Throat Chakra

Keeping honest with others or yourself will keep the throat chakra clear. Keeping a journal is a great way to express the true way you think and feel about the world around you, and is highly recommended.

Third Eye Chakra

This is where your clarity resides. Spend some time meditating regularly to keep your head focused and open to receiving new wisdom.

Crown Chakra

The crown chakra is a known connection to your spirituality. Practice giving thanks and prayer daily to keep your spirit connected with your physical self. It will help to give you confidence in the moment and to trust in the direction you are heading.
