There seems to be a lot of talk in Astrology lately about transformation or shedding of the old to make room for the new. The new horoscope calendar just recently began as we moved into Aries the first sign in the horoscope. I recently learned that 2015 for Aries is the end of a 19 year cycle so if embraced even when difficult you can finally heal, close some chapters and move forward with the new chapters in your life. I’m sure a lot of people are experiencing shedding the old so new can enter. I thought this meditation was appropriate as it deals with endings and new beginnings by Lilian Eden.
