Sometimes all it takes to align your body, mind and spirit is some good music. Music stimulates a part of the brain that has been associated with serotonin and endorphins, which is why you typically feel “happy” when you listen to it. Keep in mind, however, that music may also have the opposite effect by promoting negative energy. It all depends on the type of music that you are listening to.
